Bills Ex Tre'Davious White Signs With Rams - Details

The Buffalo Bills had to say an emotional goodbye by cutting veteran cornerback Tre'Davious White to begin the new league year, but general manager Brandon Beane left the door open for a slim possibility at White's return when speaking to the media in Orlando this week.
However, buzz surrounding that potential reunion can now officially come to a close -- at least for now.
Per reports from ESPN's Adam Schefter, White is signing a one-year, $8.5 million deal worth up to $10 million with the Los Angeles Rams.
"Former Bills All-Pro CB Tre’Davious White intends to sign a one-year, $8.5 million deal with a max value up to $10 million with the Los Angeles Rams, per sources," Schefter tweeted.
The Bills are set to play the Rams in Los Angeles next season, meaning White won't have to wait long to face his former team for the first time.
White, 29, was the No. 27 overall pick by the Bills in the 2017 draft out of LSU. He suffered a torn Achilles in Week 4 of this past season which kept him out for the remainder of the year. He tore his ACL on Thanksgiving during the 2021 season and had just worked his way back from the injury in 2022.
Barring a return to Buffalo later on his career, White finishes his Bills tenure with 82 regular-season games played, 311 total tackles, three sacks, five forced fumbles, five fumble recoveries, 68 passes defended and 18 interceptions.
